You must be an active publisher with Venatus to join the referral program, with active monthly payments from Venatus. We reserve the right not to pay out a referral payment in our sole and exclusive judgment or if we determine that any of the ad activity was dishonest, fraudulent or designed to artificially inflate the publishers revenue in order to increase the referral payment.
